Application Procedure: Before filling out the online application form, please prepare the following documents: • A recent photo of the applicant (jpeg, jpg, png; file size limit 10MB) • A copy of the applicant's birth certificate (jpeg, jpg, png, pdf; file size limit 10MB) • Bank transfer receipt (application fee $40) (CITIC Bank, Bank Code 018) Account Number: 695 1 25363 3 00 • After completing the application process, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Please check your inbox and spam folder. • Parents can log in to "Change/Print Information" using the registered date of birth, birth certificate registration number, and contact information before the application deadline. • The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
